Slow Cooker Chili

  • Ground beef
  • Yellow onion and garlic
  • Canned diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Tomato Paste
  • Spices (chili powder, cumin, paprika, sugar, coriander)
  • Olive Oil
  • Kidney beans

Additional (Optional) Ingredients: 

  • Sour cream
  • Shredded cheese
  • Chives


Heat olive oil, add meat and cook until browned. Add onions and garlic, cook for five minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes. Add kidney beans. Simmer until meat is tender, 60-90 minutes, and serve.
